Our Accountants

Duane is a partner of the firm.  He graduated from the University of MN and earned his CPA while working at a big four firm.  He then transferred to Brazil where he became a partner in the Rio de Janeiro office.  After 10 years in Brazil, Duane transferred back to the U.S. and decided to venture out on his own.  He sought to create a business that would focus on expertise and strong relationships with small businesses.  Duane has successfully run his business for over 25 years using these values.  Duane is married and has three grown children and four grandchildren.  He spends his spare time at his hobby farm in Northern Minnesota and he is also an avid golfer. 

Tracey is a partner of the firm.  She is a graduate of the University of MN where she attained her bachelor's degree.  She also earned a full Dean's scholarship and a master's degree from the University of MN, Carlson School of Management where she studied accounting and entrepreneurship.  She has also earned her CPA and QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification.  Her business training as well as her accounting knowledge are the perfect combination to guide your business decisions and help your small business thrive.  Tracey is a mother of two young boys and enjoys hiking in her free time.
